Return & Exchange
Monscol`s mission is to provide the best customer service. If the merchandise is not the right size, you can exchange it.
We have 14-Days return & exchange policy. You can request exchange/return within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for exchange/return, merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags/labels, and in it`s original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping and any courier charges associated with your exchange/return.

Shipping
All duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
Delivery times may take from 3 to 5 working days from the order confirmation.
Product availability
Once the order has been received, we shall check the availability of the ordered Products. In the event that one or more of the Products ordered are not available. We will send an email to the Customer who, within the next 24 hours, shall confirm the order in relation to the available Products or cancel it.
Price Changes

The Customer may pay the price of the Products and their delivery costs by Credit Card, Debit Card.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Monscol shall have no liability for damages to persons and/or things caused by the Products, the partial fulfilment or delay of an order, as well as by the temporary or permanent unavailability of the Website, of the order management platform or of the payment systems.
